Terms of Service

  • All prints are custom-made to order. We strive for color accuracy, but slight color variations may occur due to differences in screen displays.

  • Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins, and cancellations or modifications are no longer allowed.

  • All photographs displayed on this website and sold as prints are the exclusive property of Kevin Coyne Art and are protected by copyright laws.

  • Customers are granted a one-time license to own the purchased physical print. This license does not extend to reproduction, distribution, or any other use of the image.

  • Unauthorized copying, scanning, or reproduction of any image, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited. Violators will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.


Shipping Policy

  • All orders are custom-made and require 3–5 weeks for production before shipping.

    Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • We currently ship only within the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories is not available at this time. Standard shipping rates are calculated based on the customer’s location and the size of the print.

  • Delivery time (after 3—5 weeks for production) is typically 5–10 business days, depending on the destination. Expedited options may be available for an additional fee. Email KevinCoyneArt@gmail.com to inquire about expeditions.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

  • Local pickup option is available for customers near Cleveland, Ohio. There is no shipping fee for local pickup orders. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup, typically within the 3–5 week processing timeframe. Pickup location details will be provided via email. Orders must be picked up within 14 days of notification.

  • Kevin Coyne Art is not responsible for improper handling of the prints after delivery, including exposure to extreme environments, scratches, or dents caused by mishandling.

  • If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us at KevinCoyneArt@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and the packaging. We will issue a replacement at our discretion. Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.


Return Policy

  • All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our prints, we only provide replacements for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. Refunds are not available for any reason, including buyer’s remorse or incorrect orders (e.g., wrong size or design chosen during checkout).

  • If your print arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement. Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.

  • To file a claim, email KevinCoyneArt@gmail.com with photos of the damage and the original packaging.

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will begin production on a replacement print at no additional cost. You will be notified once your replacement has shipped.
